It depends on the Degree of Dependency; at Blau Inclusió from 5h up to 32.5h per week.

Do you find the PATI/PAP or does the family provide them?

We adapt to each situation, as long as certain requirements are met.

Can the assistant accompany me outside the home?

Yes, in any setting where autonomy can be fostered: school, home, out and about… any natural context.

What does this service consist of?

Personal Assistance (PA) is a benefit designed to fund the hiring of a professional to promote the autonomy and independent living of people in a situation of dependency, providing the support they need to carry out daily living activities, access education or employment, take part in the community, and develop their life project according to their own decisions and preferences.

The personal assistant is not a typical caregiver: they are a human support that facilitates the user to make their own decisions and live the life they want, on equal terms with any citizen. The user directs; the assistant supports.
